The effect of the K 0 and s on the RCC. Different lines represent the accuracy of classifying an M-FISH image for different sparsity level (K0) and different neighbourhood size s. K0 is changed from 1 to 10 and s is changed from 1 to 169. When K0 equals 1 to 5, there will be almost no difference among different neighbourhood size s. However, when K0 is greater than 5, the RCC will change dramatically with different sparsity level.
