Here, the initial numbers of the species are set to steady state values of the simulations in Figure 5. From left to right, there are 1, 10 and 100 A in the network. The reactions are RE→RTE, RTE→RT + E, RT + A→RTA, RTA→RDA, RDA→RD + A, RD + E→RDE and RDE→RE.
