In vivo fluxes normalized to substrate uptake rates in exponentially growing batch cultures on glucose (position 1), mannose (position 2), galactose (position 3) and pyruvate (position 4). Glucose and galactose fluxes were calculated from separately performed 1-¹³C and U-¹³C labeled substrates, mannose and pyruvate only from U-¹³C labeled substrates. The error on most fluxes is less than 20%. 'nd' stands for not determined.
