(A) The strategy was to discover via sequential biclustering filtering stages, co-regulated genes in response to: i) N treatments, and also ii) hormone treatments. (B) This delimitation of gene groups (whole genome, NO₃^--regulated, Bicluster9 NO₃^--regulated and NO₃^-/hormone co-regulated) and the comparison of their behavior allowed us to hypothesize how NO₃^- and hormonal signaling pathways are connected in gene networks.
