An example of refinement. Figure 2 shows the refinement on an original predicted complex, composed by five proteins, A, B, C, D, and E. Figure 2(b) are sub-clusters at each time point set after the splitting. By combing the high-overlapping sub-clusters in adjacent time points, a new protein complex is generated as shown in Figure 2(c).
