Relative differences of the measured fluxes ( ΔF ) and of the flux efficiencies in the enlarged metabolic network of a heterotrophic plant cell. The coefficients of flux efficiency were calculated from the matrix of EFMs computed from the enlarged network described in figure 3. For each flux (reaction) measured on B. Napus embryos grown in the presence of mineral or organic nitrogen sources [22], the relative difference of the flux efficiency and that of the measured flux (ΔF) was calculated taking the organic nitrogen (LNaa, B. napus) condition as reference.
