Hierarchical clustering of the biological samples. Log₁₀ transformed gene expression ratio values of the 82 genes from the prototypes of the clusters of the biological samples were subjected to agglomerative hierarchical clustering using cosine correlation as the similarity measure and average linkage methodology. The branches of the dendrograms represent the amount of similarity between clusters of samples.
